Hot compress is suitable for alleviating breast discomfort before breastfeeding, and daily hot compress to relax waist, joints, shoulders and necks.
Usage:
Recommended temperature is 40℃ ~ 50℃ in order not to harm the skin.
(1) Hot water heating:
soak the compress under 80℃ hot water for about 10 minutes, take out the compress and put it in a cloth cover, and cover the part to be used.
*If it is soaked in a container, please avoid direct contact between the outside of the pad and the bottom of the container.
*Do not put this product into boiling water to boil.
(2) Microwave heating:
Lay the pad flat in the microwave oven. It is recommended to use low power (below 1000W) microwave heating for 50 seconds. After removing the pad, put it in a cloth cover and cover the area to be used. If the required temperature is not enough, please increase the microwave time to the required temperature every 10 seconds.
Ice compress is suitable for cold compressing breasts after breastfeeding to help reduce milk output, or as a cooling pillow for babies; it can also be applied to various parts of the body to absorb heat and reduce fever and relieve discomfort.
How to use: Put the compress in the freezer or refrigerate for about 15 minutes, take out the compress and put it in a cloth cover, and cover the area to be used.
